AA is Kenya's designation for its top grade coffee. Our AAs have exceptionally elegant flavors. Deep Burgundy wine flavors, full body and mouth feel, and medium cup and crisp finish characterize this coffee. The depth and fullness of our Kenya AA coffee lends this coffee to a variety of roasting styles from Full City to French. It is our opinion that Kenya AA is the only coffee that may be roasted as dark as a Turkish Style and still maintain its flavorful characteristics. Our Kenya AA coffees are grown on the sides of mountains on small estates at elevations of 4,200 to 6,800 feet. It is harvested between the months of October and April.
