Guatemala Antigua is a well-balanced, complex and medium-bodied coffee. It has buttery tones, hints of nuttiness and a smoky finish. This select coffee has a surprisingly full mouth feel and is an excellent choice for a straight coffee when roasted Full City. The estate producing our Antigua is located in the central highlands of Guatemala. The beans are grown at altitudes of at least 5,000. This particular coffee is traditionally a hard bean with a waxy blue finish.
